A consulting and business operations career that spans over 25 years, he has a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and leveraging technology for transformative outcomes. As the founder and managing partner, Jimmy supports our clients by playing instrumental roles in shaping the growth trajectories of their organizations, navigating complex challenges, and delivering tangible results. His leadership capabilities bring a unique blend of vision and execution that encompass strategic planning, process optimization, talent development while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

A proud military veteran of the United States Nuclear Navy, Jimmy earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, IN and bachelor’s degree in business administration from Webster University in St. Louis, MO.

Robert Eisen, SPHR, Managing Director - CHRO Services

Bob Eisen has over 25 years of human resources leadership experience, including 20 years in healthcare organizations. Bob has held HR positions at Quest Diagnostics and several hospital groups, including Hospital Corporation of America and, Providence St. Joseph Health in Irvine, Calif., where he had been promoted from a Regional Human Resources Vice President to the system Vice President, Talent. For the past 7 years, Bob has been the Chief Human Resources Officer for Sonrava Health. Sonrava Health is the parent organization of a national family of health and wellness companies, united by a singular dedication to delivering high-quality, convenient, and affordable care through innovative provider models, health coverage and product offerings. Building on a proven platform of success, the brand will continue to expand access to dental and vision care with a mission of advancing whole-person health for patients from all backgrounds.

Bob has built and led strong HR departments throughout his career that helped organizations succeed. He has created career ladders with training and development that helped team members build rewarding, long-term careers, and he has created programs to compensate and reward fairly for performance while fostering cultures that attracted talented individuals and fueled organizational energy and chemistry.

Bob holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Paul Wartenberg, Managing Director -CISO Services

Dennis Schroder, Managing Director -Managed IT Services

Dennis Schroder, a passionate technology enthusiast since he was 12, founded his first information technology company in 1989. Over the past three and a half decades, he has consulted with hundreds of customers, guiding them through the design, implementation, and maintenance of thousands of networks and information systems across the nation. Dennis is driven by his love for people, ideas, and technology, constantly seeking new knowledge and ways to enhance efficiency, speed, and effectiveness. His ability to troubleshoot complex and simple issues makes him an invaluable resource for customers seeking expert guidance in their technology endeavors.

Dennis’s success and community involvement have earned him recognition in various business publications. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, socializing with friends and family, and simply savoring life. However, one thing you will never see is Dennis sitting still.

Eric Horbinski, Managing Director - Enterprise Architecture
